Parent Teacher Organization
The purpose of our Parent Teacher Organization is to enrich the educational experience of our students by supporting our school, its staff and its programs.
A PTO with a strong parental interest promotes the welfare of our children in school, at home and in the community. It ensures a better school environment which provides advantages in physical, mental and social education for our children.
Welcome back to another wonderful school year at Taper Avenue Elementary! I'm looking forward to meeting and getting to know our new parent volunteers. As a mother with a child here at Taper Avenue Elementary, I know how important it is to feel like you have a voice. I look forward to hearing your feedback and working together with you and the wonderful teachers and staff here at Taper for the greater good of all our children.
